SempreAI is an independent consultancy for Identity & Access Management, access governance, output management and managed services, based in Monheim am Rhein, Germany.
What guides us
Our name carries a commitment: “sempre” – always. Always traceable, always dependable, always with a person who stands behind the result. The “AI” in the name describes what we work with, not who decides. Hence the addition: Powered by Human.
Consulting, to us, is not a documentation exercise. What we deliver are concepts that can be implemented, accompanied to the point where your teams continue independently. Dependence on consultants is explicitly not a business model we pursue.
How we work
SempreAI works vendor-independently and without sales or licence interests. Recommendations follow requirements, the existing landscape and total cost, not partner relationships. Where a platform you already own is the better answer, we say so, even when it reduces the scope of the engagement.
Projects are deliberately staffed with experienced consultants. In regulated environments what counts is the ability to justify technical decisions equally to audit, regulators and the business. That ability comes from project experience, not from method training.
Work runs in German, English, Portuguese and Italian, in workshops, documentation and reporting. In internationally distributed programmes that shortens alignment considerably.
Location
Our office in Monheim am Rhein sits between Düsseldorf and Cologne and therefore close to the financial, insurance and industrial centres of the Rhine corridor. Engagements across North Rhine-Westphalia are possible at short notice; beyond that we work nationwide and remotely, matched to what the particular project actually needs.

SempreAI GmbH is currently in formation. Commercial register entry and VAT identification number will be added as soon as they are available. This does not affect our ability to work: enquiries, proposals and project conversations are possible right away.
