Why SempreAI

Consulting that delivers – not just advises

Regulatory demands and cloud migration often coincide with years of accumulated entitlements. Making progress takes more than a deck: it takes people who think architecture, delivery and operations together and stand behind the outcome.

SempreAI works vendor-independently, decides alongside your business units and leaves behind solutions your own teams can carry forward. Artificial intelligence is used where it speeds up analysis and documentation; the professional judgement stays with people. That is what we mean by “Powered by Human”.

  • IndependentNo tool allegiance and no licence interests. Our recommendation follows your landscape alone.
  • Audit-readyEvery solution is documented so that it holds up to internal audit and regulators.
  • Four languagesProject work in German, English, Portuguese and Italian, including internationally distributed teams.
  • Experienced teamYou work directly with experienced consultants.

How we work

Four phases to a result that lasts

An approach that creates transparency, surfaces risk early and delivers in measurable steps.

01

Analysis

It begins with the current architecture, processes, data quality and regulatory obligations. From that emerges a reliable picture of risks, quick wins and structural gaps, prioritised by effort and impact.

02

Strategy

On that basis we define a target architecture with an operating model, role accountability and a roadmap in delivery waves. A business case and KPI framework make the value legible to decision-making bodies.

03

Implementation

Delivery runs in tightly scoped milestones with defined acceptance criteria. That includes connecting the target systems, guiding testing and cutover, and transferring knowledge into your organisation.

04

Optimisation

After go-live we stabilise operations, measure against the agreed KPIs and improve continuously: from performance tuning through automation to the removal of manual effort.

Sectors

At home where regulation and scale meet

Banking & financial services

MaRisk, BAIT and DORA demand complete evidence of access, controls and emergency procedures.

Insurance

High document volumes, long retention periods and strict requirements for customer communication.

Industry & automotive

Distributed sites, OT/IT convergence and complex supplier access across borders.

Energy & utilities

NIS 2 significantly widens reporting and evidence duties, with direct consequences for access control.

Healthcare

Highly sensitive data, role changes in shift operations and strict purpose limitation.

Public sector

Accessible communication, procurement compliance and durable, documented architectures.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often

Which organisations does SempreAI work with?
Our focus is on mid-sized and large organisations in regulated environments: banking, insurance, industry, energy, healthcare and the public sector. What matters is less the sector than the starting position: entitlements grown over years, heterogeneous target systems, heavy evidence obligations, and the wish for an architecture that will still hold in five years.
Are you tied to particular vendors or products?
No. SempreAI deliberately operates without sales or licence interests. Tools are assessed against your requirements, your existing landscape and total cost across the lifecycle. Where a platform you already own is the better answer, we say so, even when that reduces the scope of the engagement.
How does an engagement usually begin?
With a no-obligation conversation to clarify the starting position, the target state and the constraints. That typically leads to a compact assessment of two to four weeks with a clearly defined output: current-state analysis, risk assessment, target state and a prioritised roadmap. On that basis you decide whether and how far delivery follows.
What role does artificial intelligence play in your work?
AI is used where it measurably saves time: analysing large entitlement datasets, drafting documentation, generating test cases and preparing reports. Assessment, decision and accountability explicitly remain with people. Every AI-assisted result is reviewed by a consultant before it enters a concept or an approval.
Which languages do you work in?
German, English, Portuguese and Italian, in workshops, documentation and reporting. This eases collaboration in internationally distributed programmes, particularly between European headquarters and sites in Brazil, Portugal, Italy and other regions.
Where is SempreAI based?
Our registered office is Rheinpromenade 13, 40789 Monheim am Rhein, Germany, between Düsseldorf and Cologne. That puts the financial, insurance and industrial centres of the Rhine corridor and the Ruhr region within easy reach. Engagements run on client site and remotely alike, with short notice availability across North Rhine-Westphalia.
