Managed Services & Performance

A solution only shows its value in stable operation. SempreAI takes on operation, maintenance and evolution of critical platforms: with defined service targets, transparent measurement and a clear focus on replacing manual effort with automation step by step.

Beyond implementation: dependable operation, continuous optimisation and automation of your critical platforms.

Overview

Why managed services?

Specialist platforms such as IGA systems or CCM pipelines hold knowledge that in many organisations rests on very few people. When that knowledge is unavailable, risks arise that neither documentation nor short-notice onboarding can absorb. At the same time, an in-house on-call rota for niche platforms is rarely economical.

That gap is closed by clearly defined service packages: defined service hours, agreed response and resolution targets, measured quality and regular service reviews. In parallel, recurring manual activity is automated step by step, which lowers cost and error rate at the same time.

What we deliver

Services in this area

01

Application management & operations

Day-to-day operation of your specialist platforms rests with us: incident resolution, change delivery, release maintenance and continuous adaptation to changing requirements, carried by documented processes instead of individual people.

  • Incident and problem management with root-cause analysis
  • Change and release management
  • Maintenance of configurations and interfaces
  • Patch and upgrade planning
  • Capacity and performance monitoring
  • Maintained operations documentation

02

Monitoring & service governance

What is not measured cannot be steered. Service targets are defined together with your business units, measured traceably and discussed on a fixed rhythm, with concrete actions rather than status colours.

  • Definition of service targets and metrics
  • Monitoring of availability, throughput and runtimes
  • Alerting with clear ownership
  • Regular service reviews with action tracking
  • Reports for business, IT leadership and audit
  • Continuous improvement process

03

Security operations for identity platforms

Identity platforms are rewarding targets. Their operation therefore follows a raised security posture: hardened configuration, monitored privileged access and clean integration into your security monitoring.

  • Hardened configuration with regular review
  • Monitoring of privileged and administrative access
  • Integration with SIEM and alerting chains
  • Vulnerability management and patch prioritisation
  • Emergency and recovery concepts with exercises
  • Evidence for audits

04

Process automation & RPA

Every recurring manual activity is a candidate for automation. Candidates follow from frequency, error-proneness and effort; implementation uses the tools already present in your landscape.

  • Analysis and prioritisation of automation candidates
  • Workflow automation in existing platforms
  • Script-based automation for operational tasks
  • Automated report generation and data preparation
  • Governance for operating and maintaining automations
  • Evidence of the effort reduction achieved

05

AI-assisted consulting – Powered by Human

AI assistance is used where it measurably saves time: analysing large datasets, drafting documentation, generating test cases and preparing analyses. Assessment, decision and accountability explicitly remain with people.

  • Analysis of large entitlement and log datasets
  • Support for documentation and test case design
  • Preparation of analyses and decision papers
  • Clear guidelines for confidentiality and data protection
  • Professional review of every AI-assisted result
  • Transparency about where AI was used

Frequently asked questions

Managed Services & Performance – Frequently asked questions

How do you secure the agreed service quality?
Through clearly defined service targets, metric-based monitoring and regular service reviews. Response and resolution times are measured traceably, prepared in reports and discussed on a fixed rhythm with your business units. Deviations lead to concrete actions with named owners and dates, not to an explanation in the next report.
Which tools do you use for automation?
Preferably those already present and licensed in your landscape. Depending on the environment that means workflow platforms, ticket-system automation, script-based operational automation or dedicated RPA tools for interface-level processes. New tools are only recommended where the additional value over the existing estate can be evidenced, cost of maintenance included.
How do you use AI in day-to-day consulting?
As a tool, not as a decision-maker. AI assistance covers the analysis of large data volumes, drafting documentation, generating test cases and preparing reports. Every result is professionally reviewed before it is used further, and we disclose where AI was involved. Client data is only used where this is explicitly covered contractually and under data protection law.
Can operations be brought back in-house?
Yes, and that is planned from the start. Documentation, configurations and automations remain your property and are kept in a state that allows handover at any time. For the transition back we agree a guided phase with knowledge transfer and training, so the change happens without service interruption.
